We love this little cooler. We replaced two 48" prep tables with these units, and they have been working like a charm while greatly expanding our available refrigeration. We are "True Believers" and have come to expect very good operation with this brand and excellent customer service. One ding I have to mention, however, is this particular unit is somewhat oddly laid out on the inside. The way the back wall is engineered is awkwardly paired with the shelves. It's not a huge problem, but it does seem to hamper most normal storage configurations. Also, the new "green" refrigerant is apparently explosive. So there is that. In any case, would buy again. A third time. That is, so long as we aren't a crater after one of these babies blow.

With a spacious refrigerator portion readily accessible through its two solid doors, the unit opens up to four shelves that will aid in organizing your ingredients. Plus, the heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments to help you with organizing your assorted ingredients, from fruits and veggies to deli meat.
The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, as well as a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior with stainless steel floor has coved corners and is fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps provide structural rigidity and maintain internal temperatures. Because of its undercounter design, the unit effortlessly adds refrigerated storage space beneath a pre-existing countertop and doesn't require additional space for its own footprint.
Thanks to its self-closing and stay-open door features, this unit is easy to load and unload. Plus, the recessed handles and magnetic gaskets ensure ease of use. The (4) 5" stem casters aid in maneuverability and make the unit easy to move for cleaning. Two of the casters lock to keep the unit stable when in use.
This refrigerator ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/5 hp refrigeration system that circulates R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Great unit, that can perform near heat. Obviously you don't want to have it too close but its temperatures remain consistent within close proximity to a stove.
