We've had our robot coupe food processor for 4 years now and we use it almost every single day. It's expensive but definitely worth the investment and will last you a long time if you take care of it. If any components of the bowl or lid crack or break you can buy replacement pieces right through webstaurant as well with no issue. It's a little pricey but better than having to replace the entire unit. This food processor is great for pie doughs, quiche doughs, quick chopping of vegetables for sauces and soups, blending sauces together, and whipping up a quick mayonnaise. Definitely get one for your store!
