The Nemco 6302-2 2-shelf stainless steel heated to-go shelf is designed to keep all of your best dishes warm, from kitchen wait stations to pass through areas. It's perfect for your carryout meals. This shelf distributes conduction heat holding power across each shelf. Each shelf provides 20" x 38" of surface area for plenty of warming capacity, ideal for getting meals to customers hot and ready to eat even during your busies times.
This unit prevents cold spots with its proprietary heating element design, which dissipates a uniform heat across the entire surface. Plus, its all stainless steel construction provides an even heat distribution with maximum durability, while its sturdy brushed stainless steel legs provide stability as well as a high-end look. Each shelf features independent, infinite heat control, accommodating a wide range of menu items and heating as high as 220 degrees Fahrenheit. This shelf features a vertically stacked configuration for a larger heat area with a smaller footprint, so it won't take up space in your busy kitchen. With an easy cleanup, this shelf can be presented in front-of-the-house locations for contactless customer pickup. It requires a 120V, 700 watt electrical connection for operation.
