Designed to hold up to 60 cups of cooked rice, this rice warmer features an insulated, double-wall stainless steel construction for maximum durability and heat retention. The insulated construction helps to keep heat in for extended periods of time, and the lid has a gasket seal that prevents moisture and heat loss. With heating components on the lid, sides, and bottom, it warms rice from all directions to maintain food safe temperatures for up to 12 hours.
This warmer uses a simple on / off button, so it's easy for anyone to operate. Plus, the removable non-stick inner pot is compatible with the Proctor Silex 37560R 60 cup electric rice cooker / warmer (sold separately). For easy cleanup, this rice warmer has a removable moisture cup. A rice paddle is also included. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
