The dual magnetron feature provides an increase in microwave power to efficiently expedite cook times, while the top & bottom impingement heat sources allow for quick and consistent browning of food. This oven cooks product 20 times faster than conventional countertop ovens, increasing output and enhancing efficiency in busy kitchens.
The touchscreen controls on this unit are intuitive and simple to maneuver, including the programmable database that can download and store over 1,000 recipes with up to six steps each for consistent, high-quality results regardless of the operator. This built-in technology ensures your staff's ability to precisely recreate your most popular dishes with ease for each order, which minimizes labor costs by ensuring streamlined cooking from both new and experienced employees.
This oven has been tested to the EPA 202 standard and is certified for ventless operation. The ventless design provides additional flexibility by eliminating the need for a commercial hood, making it convenient for smaller locations with limited hood space or establishments that may not already have a commercial hood installed. This feature also makes this oven perfect for front-of-house applications.

After using the Solwave G1-RCO-H Rapid Cook Oven for about a year and a half, I’ve had a mixed experience with its performance. Initially, the oven delivered on its promise—offering fast and efficient cooking with its combination of microwave and convection heating, making it a great addition to any kitchen requiring speed without sacrificing food quality. However, three critical component failure surfaced shortly after the 1-year warranty period expired. The magnetron noise filter, EMI Filter and one of the Magnetron, failed unexpectedly. This led to noticeable buzzing sounds during microwave use, erratic temperature fluctuations, and even temporary Wi-Fi/Bluetooth interference in nearby devices. The symptoms progressively worsened, with the control screen flashing intermittently when using the microwave function. Interestingly, reducing microwave power below 50% seemed to lessen the issue. Followed the steps to get it repaired and after almost 3 days receive a msg that the repair company has been contacted, and they have 2 days to respond and 5 to seven days to repair. I'm running a coffee shop. How do you tell someone it will be a week before you get service.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this oven. It is a complete waste of money and time. I received a message immediately after installing the machine to call the after sale service. Ready Kitchen Warranty sent a service provider and they are trying to fix the brand new machine that I have not even used it instead of replacing it. I do not even know what to do. I just lost $. I will definitely file a claim with BBB against all parties.
