Whether you operate a restaurant, bakery, buffet, or banquet hall, this hot cabinet is packed with features that will make it easy to keep your hungry customers coming back for more. This holding cabinet's straightforward controls couldn't be easier to use. After powering the unit on, simply adjust the temperature to your needs with the large knob. 9 temperature settings are available, up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The large, bright LED temperature display will let you see the cabinet temperature easily from across your busy kitchen. A pair of dials is located on the unit's bottom control drawer that can also be removed for quick cleaning.

This unit's versatile interior is made of rugged, heavy-duty aluminum that's easy to clean. With 36 removable fixed wire pan slides, this unit has plenty of room to hold your house specialties at food-safe temperatures for hours. This unit's 180 degree full-swing solid stainless steel door provides outstanding impact and heat resistance. Magnetic latches, heavy-duty insulation, plus tight-fitting gaskets keep the door closed when it's supposed to be and keeps the hot air in to further conserve energy!

Its mobile design lets you place the cabinet right where you need it. With locking mechanisms on the front wheels, the 5" poly casters make this unit easy to load and roll or keep in place. Built-in corner bumpers protect your walls from bumps and scuffs while moving it from one location to the next. An integrated cord wrap on the back will keep the power cord off the floor and out of the way while you roll the cabinet. You can also reverse the door hinges based on your needs. It has an output of 1,575W and requires a 120V electrical connection.
