POSITION SUMMARY
The Inbound Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing an area of the inbound operations. This role is challenged to develop new tools and resources that increase productivity and support the growth of our business. This position maintains extensive knowledge of the various procedures and operations protocols while developing and implementing improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Stock Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all new employees receive proper training in relevant areas and maintaining a high level of proficiency among current employees.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
