The Inbound Manager oversees the receiving department of the facility, including the unloading, check-in, QA, and put-away of inventory. They are responsible for ensuring the facility onboards accurate inventory, reporting discrepancies to procurement, and resolving issues with carriers/vendors. Reporting directly to the Inbound Operations Manager, the Inbound Manager is tasked with collaborating with department managers on other shifts to ensure compliance with all protocol and SOP’s, as well as the leadership team in Inventory Control and Shipping, to problem solve and meet operational directives.
