Job Description

Basic Overview:

The Inventory Recovery Flex Coordinator will be responsible for operating equipment and organizing skids while maintaining the workflow in the Reverse Logistics department. The Inventory Recovery Flex Coordinator will report directly to the Reverse Logistics Manager at their facility.

Job Responsibilities:

Keep team fed with skids for Common Carrier and Grounds processing
Run large units for put away
Run processed items to the stock aisles
Wrap and stage skids for auction
Assist with loading and unloading Reverse Logistics truck
Scan check items for availability to return to stock
Monitor bin capacity and assist with cycle counting
Band Outlet/eBay items to be put in racking
Put Grounds/Outlet/eBay items in the racking
Keep Grounds/Outlet/eBay items organized in racking
Cross-train in various roles in the department
Communicate with your Team Lead and Manager on any day-to-day needs
Assist with any other task that may be assigned by Team Lead or Manager
Abide by all local safety policies and procedures
Preferably trained on the pallet runner and the RM

Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, lift and twist throughout entire shift
Ambition to learn and grow

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Innovative and able to challenge the status quo while using EQ and DiSC communication skills in a professional manner

Shift Schedule and Location:

Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm, EST
