POSITION SUMMARY
The Inbound Team Lead maintains in-depth knowledge of our products and operating procedures and stays in regular contact with the shift manager and peers in each department to meet daily goals. This position identifies operating issues and takes corrective action as needed; this includes receiving and providing clear directions, as well as serving as a role model of our culture to effectively communicate with employees and drive engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee daily operations in the department to ensure a high level of productivity and quality while achieving operating goals; promote team adherence to Company policies and procedures
· Monitor and provide consistent feedback to employees on individual and team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
· Conduct daily team meetings to update employees on work expectations, task assignments, best practices and operating expectations.
· Clearly communicate team goals, resolve problems as they arise, and answer any related questions
· Conduct cycle counts in congruence with off-shift peers a minimum of four times per year
· Develop a cross-trained team that can flex into other departments or jobs as needed
· Maintain a high level of communication with departments and management on a daily basis; partner with other team leads to flex hours where necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 10 hours/day
· Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
· Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
· Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
· Requires the ability to regularly lift / carry 50-75lbs. and push / pull up to 150lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
